301 Lambert Street - head around to south side of the building - watch for signage and use glass door to the left of the double doors. Go directly up the stairs to your right — the clinic is just at the top. Signage for Willow Tree is also at the top.
Street parking on side/front of building/parking meters.
Please do not park in the tenant parking lot behind the building as you could be towed.
