As many of you know, I have continued to expand and broaden my scope of practice through additional training and professional development, allowing me to offer an even greater range of skills and support to my clients.
To reflect these enhancements, as well as the increasing costs of operating a practice, there will be an adjustment to my session fee.
Effective September 1, 2026, the rate for appointments will be $190.00 per session.
I deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. My commitment remains the same—to provide thoughtful, professional, and compassionate care in a welcoming environment.

I have lived in the Yukon for more than 20 years and am devoted to supporting folks with their mental health and wellness concerns.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of people, (adults 18+ and elders), with unique cultures and perspectives.
My work is grounded in a client-centred approach, meaning I focus on your own unique needs and perspectives. I strive to offer a compassionate space to help you learn different ways to relate to yourself and others, to understand your challenges and strengths, and gain clarity, with a focus on your personal growth.
Internal Family Systems is my primary therapeutic approach and I also often use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), I can tell you more about these in session if you are interested!
I believe that every person has the capacity to learn new skills and knowledge to help them grow. I also believe every person has inner resources and wisdom that can guide their path towards healing and growth.
My role is to help you reconnect with these capacities so you can continue to build them, and move towards the things that are most important to you.
